Dr. Moreau holds a PhD in chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. He previously worked on process development for chemical intermediates in the specialty chemicals division of Rhodia. He founded the laboratory in 2006 and oversees its research direction, quality system, and external collaborations. His main interests are peptide synthesis routes, impurity control, and ingredient stability assessment.
Dr. Camille Rousseau - Head of Synthesis Research
Dr. Rousseau holds a PhD in organic chemistry from Université Pierre et Marie Curie. She is responsible for route design, bench-scale optimization, and batch scale-up for active ingredients and fine-chemical intermediates. She has led preparation projects involving Copper Peptide (GHK-CU), ectoine, and several plant-derived small molecules.
Lucie Bernard - Head of Analytical Characterization
Lucie Bernard holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from École Centrale de Lyon. She establishes and maintains methods for HPLC, GC-MS, infrared spectroscopy, particle-size analysis, and stability testing. She ensures that analytical methods and experimental conclusions are archived together.
Thomas Girard - Formulation Compatibility Scientist
A graduate of ENSIC Nancy, Thomas Girard evaluates ingredient compatibility, formulation fit, and practical use limits in cosmetic and aesthetic-medicine-related systems. He works with creams, gels, aqueous preparations, and anhydrous systems.
Sarah Lefèvre - Project Management and Regulatory Affairs
Sarah Lefèvre holds a master's degree in life sciences from Aix-Marseille Université. She manages timelines for collaborative projects, sample circulation, record archiving, and preliminary organization of regulatory information on ingredients.
