Interchimin Lab is an independent ingredient research laboratory based in the Lyon metropolitan area, France. Founded in 2006, the laboratory works on the design of preparation routes, basic characterization, stability monitoring, and formulation compatibility for cosmetic actives, fine-chemical intermediates, and materials used in aesthetic-medicine applications. Its work provides traceable R&D support for brands, ingredient suppliers, and research organizations.
We prefer to let the laboratory record speak. Public-facing material is prepared with caution: preliminary observations are not presented as unverified efficacy claims, and data are not replaced by marketing language. This principle guides the laboratory's work in synthesis, analysis, formulation, and project documentation.
Research Scope
- Preparation and screening of active ingredients: Design bench-scale synthesis or extraction routes for peptides, botanical extracts, microbial fermentation products, and functional small molecules, with records of process parameters, batch consistency, and purification results.
- Research on fine-chemical intermediates: Document synthesis pathways, impurity profiles, and scale-up feasibility for functional materials, specialty surfactants, and small-batch experimental conditions.
- Evaluation of materials for aesthetic-medicine applications: Monitor stability, compatibility, storage behavior, and basic application performance in order to provide reference data for subsequent development.
- Formulation compatibility and project records: Assess compatibility limits in cosmetic, fine-chemical, and aesthetic-medicine-related systems, and maintain concise, traceable R&D records.
